Technical Hosting Support Representative

Cassiopae is seeking dedicated and motivated employees looking for a career in customer service / technical support and who are looking to work with one of the leading software companies in asset finance software and asset portfolio management software. We have delivered solutions for improving loan and lease management for over 25 years. 300 customer sites on 5 continents are using Cassiopae solutions today to help manage front-to-back lending, leasing, real estate asset, and fleet management portfolios.

Cassiopae currently has open positions on the day and night shifts in its Pune location.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Support hosted customers in English by email and by phone regarding their technical hosting environment
  • Monitoring hardware and Cassiopae application and components
  • Restarting the application and/or web services
  • Install and upgrade Cassiopae software

Specific Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux machine technical environment
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle
  • Strong knowledge of application servers such as Tomcat Apache, Weblogic, …
  • Experience with JIRA
  • Knowledge of Amazon Web Services and/or Azure
  • Ability to troubleshoot web hosting and technical procedures as needed
  • Ensure deployment issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
  • Ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors and management
  • Experience with documenting procedures
  • Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected
  • Must possess good English communications skills, creativity and passion for IT


  • Required: Bachelors degree in Computer Science
  • Required: Experience in system administration, database administration and solution deployments
  • Preferred: Certification in AWS or Azure Administration
